Bull Market Clicker — Terms of Service

Welcome to Bull Market Clicker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the fictional stock market simulation game ("Game"), playable in a web browser, including compatible Android and iOS devices, and provided by Jcorpandieth SASU ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Game. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled; accepting these Terms does not give consent to optional data processing.

If you are under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, you may not use the Game. Minors must obtain a parent or legal guardian's consent where required by applicable law.

2. Game License

Subject to these Terms and applicable software licences, you may access and use the Game on a compatible device for personal entertainment.

You must respect intellectual property notices and must not distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Rights granted by applicable law or a separate licence remain unaffected.

3. Account and Authentication

The Game associates progression with a player identifier and display name. The current local development version uses a simulated identity, which may be shared by users of the same installation; it is not production authentication or a personal cloud account.

Protect your access credentials where applicable and choose a display name that respects other people. Individual authentication and account-linking features will be described before becoming available.

You may delete your game account in settings. See the Privacy Policy for the scope of deletion.

4. Virtual Currencies and Trading

The Game uses fictional coins, companies, shares, and orders. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be withdrawn as money, and do not represent investments in actual companies. The current version is free and does not offer in-app purchases.

Coins are earned through gameplay and used for fictional shares and upgrades.
Orders execute against available orders, including those placed by the server's simulated traders. They may execute partially or remain pending; reservations, fees, and expiry rules are shown in the Game.
A closed market can accept orders into its order book without execution. A blocked stock does not accept trading actions. Scheduled introductions may permit purchases before normal trading opens.
Passive income is limited to an eight-hour period after the last activity. Dividends follow their own game rules.
The tutorial uses a separate practice budget. Names, logos, news, and reports are fictional or parodic and do not imply affiliation with real companies.

The Game is entertainment, not financial advice. Material changes to gameplay or the virtual economy will be explained; urgent security corrections may take effect immediately.

5. Game Saves & Hosting

Progress is stored by the game server. A connection to that server is required; installing the Game as a web app does not make all features available offline.

In a local installation, its operator controls the game database and backups. Maintenance, bugs, and corrections may affect availability or require progression changes. Necessary resets or significant changes will be explained when possible.

6. Leaderboard and Fair Play

Leaderboards display player names and virtual scores. Do not manipulate rankings through unauthorized access, exploit bugs, bypass rate limits, or use abusive automation.

Authorized game interfaces, accessibility tools, and legitimate administration of your own installation are permitted. Measures taken against abuse must be proportionate; you may contact us to request review of a restriction.

7. Advertising & Notifications

The current version does not display advertisements. Any future paid or advertising features will be described before introduction, with any required agreement or consent.

Optional system notifications can alert you to executed orders and the end of a passive-income period. They can be controlled per device in settings. Delivery depends on your device, browser, network, and server availability and may be delayed or unavailable. Consult the Game for the current state of your orders.

8. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the Game in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game, its servers, systems, or networks.
Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or other harmful or disruptive material.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game or its related systems.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other players or any person associated with the Game.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Use the Game to transmit any unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional material.
Exploit any bug, glitch, or design flaw in the Game for unintended advantage, and you agree to report any such issues to us promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

Protected Game content belongs to its respective rights holders and is subject to applicable licences. These Terms do not override rights granted by law or by those licences.

You may share gameplay screenshots while respecting other players' privacy and without presenting yourself as an official representative. Fictional company identities do not indicate endorsement by real businesses.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing the Game, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or the absence of bugs. The current version is under development.

Each party remains responsible under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, applicable legal guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time and delete your account in settings. Uninstalling the web app or clearing browser storage alone does not delete server-side data.

Access may be restricted where necessary to address a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a security issue. Restrictions will be proportionate and reasons provided when possible; you may contact us for review.

If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where possible. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence.

You may contact us to seek an amicable resolution. This does not prevent you from contacting a competent authority or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

When these Terms change, we update the date above and publish the new version. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, except where urgent action is necessary for security or legal compliance.

Any agreement required for new paid features or optional processing will be requested separately. You may stop using the Game if you do not accept revised Terms.
